About Your Coach

I’m Charlotte Heal-Cohen, a PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach and chef, passionate about helping busy people make nutritious food a delicious, practical, and enjoyable part of their lives.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve developed recipes and run cooking classes specifically designed to fit around busy schedules. I believe good nutrition isn’t just about what we eat, but about creating flexible systems that genuinely work for us. Rigid meal plans and restrictive diets simply don’t work long-term—they waste your time, energy, and can even harm your health.

That's exactly why Alive & Cooking isn’t a meal plan—it’s about developing practical life skills, embedding good habits, fostering a healthier relationship with food, and building confidence in the kitchen, all so you can eat better for life.

When is it?

Course Dates: The program runs from Monday, 7th April until Sunday, 18th May. You’ll keep access to the Facebook group beyond this for ongoing support and community.

Live Call Schedule - Every Monday at 7pm BST, ~60 mins (We might occasionally go over if we have lots of juicy questions!)

  • Mon 7th April: Week 1 & Intro

  • Mon 14th April: Week 2

  • Tues 22nd April: Week 3 (shifted due to Easter Monday)

  • Mon 28th April: Week 4

  • Tues 6th May – Week 5 (shifted due to May Bank Holiday)

  • While weight loss isn’t our primary goal, building balanced habits, and cooking nutritious meals will naturally lead to feeling healthier, more energised, and often lighter. The emphasis here is on sustainable habits rather than quick-fix diets, meaning any weight changes will be gradual and sustainable.

  • Absolutely! The recipes and strategies in Alive & Cooking are designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing you to swap ingredients and customize meals to your needs. However, please note that this isn’t a specialized allergy-focused course. If you have severe allergies or very specific dietary restrictions, I recommend contacting me directly first to ensure the program suits your needs.

  • Nope! This is about flexible meal planning—you’ll create your own meal structure using my proven methods, so it works for your life, schedule, and preferences. And it can absolutely include chocolate ;)

  • That’s great! This program isn’t about rigid meal plans—it’s about making your system work better for you. You’ll discover new tools, smarter strategies, and fresh inspiration to make healthy eating even easier.

  • You’ll have lifetime access to the PDFs, recorded calls, and recipe videos, so you can revisit them whenever you need. Plus, you’ll always have the facebook group to keep in touch with your program pals and share ideas and progress!

  • No problem! Alive & Cooking is designed for busy people like you! You’ll learn time-saving techniques, including 15-minute meals, batch cooking, and meal prep shortcuts, but we’ll also discuss iddeas for those days when cooking just isn’t possible.

  • No worries! All calls are recorded, so you can watch them anytime that suits you, plus you’ll still be able to get your questions answered between calls in the facebook group.

  • Expect to spend about 60 minutes per week on the live call, plus a small amount of time implementing the weekly challenge (which is designed to fit into your regular routine).

  • Absolutely! The program is built for all levels, with simple, flexible recipes and easy-to-follow meal planning strategies. No fancy techniques or hard-to-find ingredients required.
