Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is deeply personal. The way we eat and why, at what time or with whom, are often just as important as what we put in our mouths. I became a PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach to help people understand the basic principles of good nutrition and how to apply them in their own busy schedules.

My approach to improving nutrition has cooking at it’s core. I truly believe that if you can learn to cook delicious, nutritious meals that fill you up and that you’re excited to eat, then this is the perfect foundation. Nutritious food doesn’t need to cost the earth, and meals don’t need to take 2hrs to prepare either! A practical approach is key to consistency and I’m passionate about helping people find this balance in their routines. Nutrition should fit around your life, not the other way around.

  • Nutrition coaching sessions are 45min online sessions over VC. Sessions will including analysing current nutrition habits, establishing goals, removing blockers, creating a personalised plan etc. Min. 6 sessions recommended after initial consultation. £30/session

  • Practical, kitchen-based sessions to support nutrition coaching. This can be learning techniques, mastering new recipes, working with specific ingredients, meal-prepping etc. £30/session
