Breakfast Smoothie.

This smoothie recipe is perfect to start the day in a gut-conscious way! The kefir is a great probiotic, and banana is a prebiotic. The berries are anti-inflammatory as well as providing fibre, and they give it a lovely sour taste along with the kefir. The chia seeds are there for a bit more fibre and protein. It’s a super flexible recipe that can be adjusted to suit your taste. For example, you could add an extra medjool date or a squeeze of maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter, or an extra tablespoon of chia seeds or a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein hit.
